AWFUL. I went to order a cake and their staff could not answer any of my questions. FINALLY someone came from the back to take the order. It was a 50th anniversary cake and I expressed to them how important it was, my grandparents never had a real wedding cake. I explained to TWO different people how it was supposed to look (they even had an exact picture from a magazine) and they assured me they had gold paint (golden anniversary). There were supposed to be pearl accents on the cake in several places (which the lady assured that they could do and EVEN showed them to me). When I went to pick up the cake it was YELLOW where the gold was supposed to be and had tacky icing instead of the pearl accents. When I questioned the cake some man (I think it was the owner) was VERY VERY rude... I have never in my life experienced someone like this. He claimed that when I ordered the cake I said I didn't want the pearl accents (even though he was not even present when I ordered the cake). He was yelling and telling a lady to put the pearl accents on the cake. He said it was an easy fix and there was no reason for us to be complaining (even after paying $137 for a cake that looked like nothing I imagined), but it wasn't an easy fix at all they were just going to put the pearls on top of the icing dots (anyone would know that that would NOT work). I was so disgusted with the man behind the counter that I just left and hoped for the best. The cake was extremely dry and I think I could have sneezed more strawberry filing in it than they put. When I ordered the cake they said they used fresh strawberries...this was a JAM. When we cut it I never saw one strawberry. Overall the cake, the service, and the experience were very, very disappointing.
